Sembcorp Solar Singapore Pte Ltd (SCSP) is the developer of Rooftop Photovoltaic project with Capita Land at their logistics facility, 40 Penjaru Lane, Singapore.

JML has done the design and engineering PV System in house with 78% PR guarantees. The solar farm, comprising 14,860 panels and will be able to generate 5.944MW. This project was started in August 2019 and successfully commissioned in December 2019
