SolarNova 3 programme is jointly led by HDB and EDB. JML has successfully secured the first of its kind project from Sembcorp Solar Pte Ltd (“Sembcorp Solar”), for its installation of 9.67MW PV Solar Power for 165 HDB blocks in Jurong, Singapore. Sembcorp Solar, which is the developer of the 50MW project to be implemented. This project  was started in November 2018 and be completed by May 2020.   

Key Achievement: 

During the execution, JML assisted Sembcorp Solar to design and build a prototype of Build to Edge (BTE) PV Solar Rooftop Block that can increased capacity of each block at average 30- 35%. This design duly approved by all the authorities including SCDF, MOM and HDB and has implemented in SolarNova3 project. Build to Edge design PV has increased significantly the capacity of SN3 phase. 

Sembcorp Solar awarded a “Letter of Commendation” to JML for the development of design and prototype.
