JML received the successful completion certificate from Sumimoto Chemical Engineering Pte Ltd (SCES) in recognition of Unimatec Singapore expansion project, for which we performed the mechanical and piping, and electrical and instrumentation works. 

Through the collective efforts of the team, JML clocked a remarkable 950,000 safe man-hours for the execution of approximately 100,000 DI of piping 850T of equipment, 50 tonnes of support structure, 85kms of power cables and 90kms of instrumentation cables. Our team began work in March 2017 and through meticulous planning and commitment from our team, the project was completed within schedule in June 2018.

During the construction, we encouraged challenges in meeting the tight schedule given the stringent requirements and voluminous small-bore piping. However, the team was not deterred but, instead through the determination and experience, they executed the work efficiently with high standard of quality and safety throughout the project.
